Where We Ship

At Retro Chroma, we strive to deliver not only beautiful pieces but also a seamless shopping experience. We currently offer shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).


Shipping Costs & Options

We believe aesthetics should be accessible. That’s why we offer clear, transparent shipping options:

  • Free Standard Shipping
    We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders across the regions we serve. No minimum purchase is required.

  • Express Shipping Upgrade
    Need your items sooner? You can choose to upgrade to Express Shipping at checkout. The specific cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete the purchase, allowing you to make an informed decision based on your needs.

 

How Long It Takes

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 7–12 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Unless otherwise noted, all estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

While we strive to meet these estimates for every order, delivery times are not guaranteed. They are based on typical transit times but may be affected by factors such as carrier delays, destination customs (if applicable), holiday surges, or unforeseen weather events. We recommend placing holiday orders early to avoid potential delays.

 

Tracking Your Order

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your item has been shipped, a second email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Please allow 1–3 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.

 

Duties & Taxes

We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. We cover all import duties and taxes for our customers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
